Baptism 

      

Baptisms take place every Sunday at 2pm.
Please call the Parish Office
 for an appointment to make arrangements for
 your child's baptism and to receive information
 regarding our baptism preparation class. 
Please bring a copy of the birth
certificate\adoption papers with
you to this appointment. 

In the case of an adoption, paperwork must be 
submitted to the Chancellor's Office prior to Baptism.

Preparation Program

We want to make them welcome here!

The love on which a child's security rests should
go beyond parents.  It should reach out to
grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and beyond
to God and teh church, to the community of the faithful, us.

We at Saint Catherine's open the door
of welcome to those families and their children. 
Each month on the second Tuesday and
the fourth Wednesday, we are present
to these families who want their
children welcomed into our faith.  We share our
experiences with them and remind them
that God loves them.  We remind them
 of the responsibility they are undertaking
 and that they are not alone in the
 raising of their child.  God is with
them, and we are with them.

On the day of the baptism we once again
come together as a community and welcome
 these families into the church and begin
the celebration with them by truly being family.

In this most important sacrament of
welcome we invite other members of our
community to be with us to show them
that we are truly brothers and sisters in Christ. 
So we are asking you to come and be with
 us in this great celebration of new life.
